How to Select Wall Texture Like a Boss

When you start a new build or a remodel you need to keep in mind the wall texture selections. Luckily you have options and here’s a handy guide below to help you out.

Protip #1 – Smooth is our favorite.

Protip #2 – If you’re going to be installing wall covering, be sure your contractor knows where you need a “Level 5, Smooth” wall, prepped for wall covering.

Protip #3 – If you are remodeling, you may want to keep it simple and stick with “matching your existing texture.” If you opt to change the texture – you need to change the whole house texture. If the home is occupied, it may be a big undertaking. But now is the time to do it, and do it right.
