During programming, we’ll determine what problem we’re solving for you and determine how we can best support you.
.02 Schematic Design
Schematic design is a fancy way of saying we’ll propose a solution for you. This looks like images and a vision for how we’ll transform your space.
.03 Design Development
Design development is where we put our heads down and dig deep in our tool boxes and define the details to create a space that feels authentic to you.
.04 Construction Documents
We designed it, you approved it. Now our heavy lifting begins. We prepare clear, concise, detailed drawings to provide a road map for your team to execute from. Our interior design plans include floor plans, furniture space plans, flooring plans, wall finishes, decorative lighting, elevations and details.
.05 Construction Administration
Keeping your design team involved to solve unexpected challenges during construction is paramount to delivering high-quality design. We are with you every step of the way.
